Very poor service if you have any tire issue. Road warranty / tire warranty is pretty much meaningless. As they say, you pay for what u get.

Had a warranty issue with a tire purchased from Costco in Helena, Montana. No one could make a decision on how to do the warranty replacement. After waiting for two hours to have them put my spare tire on as a temporary fix, I left and went to a “real” tire shop. The prices at Costco are good, until you have a problem. I will still shop Costco, just not for tires.

Bought tires With road hazard on the second day of owning the I had picked up a nail. They would not change the tire, I had to do it in the parking lot. So I brought it in and 10 days later I got it back and had to install it myself. Cost me 90$ Now today. My wife went in on a scheduled appointment for a rotation. 3 hours later she got her car back. Seriously we will never deal with Costco tire center again. They are so incompetent and the service sucks

My dad passed away this month and i was up from CA helping my mom settle things here in Helena. Woke up to his large Tacoma -my mode of transportation- having a flat tire. I called Costco not wanting to leave mom without spare. They worked me in on a SATURDAY to fix the flat and replace it under the truck as the spare. What a personable, hard working, and terrific bunch of guys in Costco's tire shop! Great credit to Costco...thanks again guys.

This is a great place if you want to get jerked around. We took our car in with an object in the tire. I had used Fix-a-Flat to get us there and drove it 100 miles with no issues, no leaks. I explained exactly what I did using the Fix-a-Flat. After they removed the tire from the car and popped the bead, they told me they can’t fix it because it’s against their policy to fix tires after using fix-a-flat. They said they would NOT install my tire back on the car and would only put the spare on as it’s against their policy to install a tire that has something in the tire. The tire was fine as I drove it 100 miles to get there and never lost any air. They absolutely refused to put it on. I did not want to drive on icy roads with a spare. After 10 minutes of back and forth arguing, they brought me back to show me the tire would not hold air. Hey Costco, when you reset the tire on the bead, it caused the seal to break on the fix-a-flat. YOU caused my tire to not hold air and refused to install it because of YOUR mistake. You should have never touched the tire in the first place after I told your employee there was fix-a-flat in the tire as you have a policy against it. Telling me after
